In the Start Menu click on "Control Panel".
In the control
panel click on "classic view" to show all the icons.
Next double click on the "Internet Options" icon.
Click on the CONNECTIONS tab.
Click on the SETUP button.
At the "How do you want to connect" screen, click on "Dial-up".
Note, if Dial-up is not an option you may need to install a modem.
Enter the phone number to dial, your username, and your password from
your user settings sheet, then make sure the "remember this password"
box is checked.
