The redbird webmail is being rep

The Redbird webmail is being replaced with a new version. The new version is an updated and improved version. It has more features, fixes some problems, and loads and runs faster.

The new version integrates the spam controls, right in the webmail interface so you don't have to log in to two places.

The new version adds a spam reporting button so when you get junk mail you can click the SPAM button to move the junk mail out of your inbox and report the message to the system all in one button click. Reporting junk mail will help block future junk mail from the same source.

Your emails that were in the old webmail program are available in the new version as they are actually on the server, not in the webmail program so this change will not cause you to loose any email.

The address book in the old webmail program will not automatically appear in the new program. There is a function to import your address book from the old version to the new version but it is not working properly. We are currently looking for a solution to this from the software manufacturer. In the meantime feel free to use the new or the old version. If you need your address book copied from the old system to the new system I can manually do a limited number of accounts. Please email help@redbird.net if you want your address book copied over for you and I will try and do it for you.
