2009 Registration Information

Who Can Play:  Children aged 5-14.  Players must be at least 5
        by September 1, 2009 and no older than 14 by November
        1, 2009.  Player's birth certificate MUST be shown at time
        of registration for age verification!!  Thank you!!

Cost:  $20 per player

In-Person Registration:
     Location:   Mt. Gilead Soccer Complex
                       (US Highway 42, just north of the Village
                       of Mt. Gilead)

Dates: 
    Saturday, July 18, 2009      10am-12noon
    Saturday, July 25, 2009      10am-12noon
    Wednesday, July 29, 2009  6pm-8pm

Mailed Registrations:
    Forms will be available online by July 1, 2009.
    Completed registrations and payment must be RECEIVED BY
                                July 29, 2009

PLEASE NOTE:
RECEIPT DEADLINE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS
(IN-PERSON OR MAILED) IS JULY 29, 2009.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!

COACHES NEEDED!  Coaches and helpers are always needed
    and appreciated!  Please contact the Soccer Board at
    mgsl@redbird.net ASAP if you are interested in coaching or if    
    you would like more information.

Registration will be limited and filled on a first-come, first-served
basis if there are not enough coaches.
