How soon do you need to move? Do you have another property in contract to buy? Or do you have time to sit and "get your price"?
What is the general market climate? Is there more supply of homes than demand or are there currently more buyers than homes available?
How does your home compare to other homes in your area that have sold in the last 6 months - 1 year? We need to compare size, number of bedrooms, acreage, age, overall condition, and other factors.
